Ha, that's new to me, never tried it before.

I've been trying it out and like it better than thumb flicking, because the entire handle is held securely all the time unlike thumb flicking.

meh, spoke too soon, it would not work with military, either blade is too heavy or the detend doesn't hold tight enough to build up pressure.
