I'm on a 111mm phase right now. May I have your help?
The blue one is a Helmsman, right?
And the green one has the Fireman's tools, but should it be red or not?

Correct in everything.

  :tu:

Victorinox 111mm models were usually available in red for the slide-lock models and black for the liner-lock models.
The Fireman ‘flipped the norm’, with the slide-lock model being available in black and the liner-lock model being available in red!

Maybe a mod?...

Agreed on the Helmsman

The Fireman was most likely to have been available with scales in colours other than the standard - Maybe for a specific dealer, or country or even a fire service.

That's inscribed on the Khaki Fireman's blade.
Any wisdom?

That's inscribed on the Khaki Fireman's blade.
I found Foresters and Firemen knives for sale, both with that inscription.
The sales blurb says, "An interesting feature about the knife is the backside of master tang is stamped DE-GM 9305297. At one time Victorinox supplied the German and Dutch armies with some models of knives. Here is an explanation of what that information stands for supplied by Victorinox itself. DE-GM / 9305297 = It's the term of our German registered design of the locking mechanism: DE = Deutschland / Germany GM = Gebrauchsmuster / registered design 93005297"
Other forum threads state that comms with Victorinox confirm this.

So likely a Fireman procured for military issue.

I got a similar answer elsewhere. Thanks.
That's a great knife. I only wish it had OHO, otherwise it's very capable. The locking prying tool, the piercing awl and the serrated emergency blade are features the Wenger Ranger would need to be perfect.
