Thanks, Poncho! :hatsoff:

Day 25

I slept like crap last night and woke up with a splitting headache that is still persisting. Therefore, y'awl only get a glamour shot showing the tools I've yet to use.

I have a similar story...

Day 24

Crap, I have the 'Rona   :ahhh

Day 25

Fever and body aches all day   :ahhh

Day 26

Symptoms persisting... fever is lower, but I still need a blanket.

Needless to say, I didn't use my Juice at all over the last few days,

Rich, I hope you start feeling better really quickly!

Day 26

The Pro and I went out and about today. Sadly, I didn't get a shot during the journey. Instead, here's a shot of the Pro, a Schrade 34OT, and a MAM Filmam 2B flexing their muscles.

Day 27

Put the other two slotted screwdrivers to work today. The medium one was used to clean my fingernails (sparing y'awl of the action shots), while the large one was used to remove and replace a switch plate cover so I could inspect some wiring.

Thanks, Poncho! Just two more days to go...

Day 28

The Pro had a busy day today: cutting a sleeve off an old shirt and opening packages. Rich said opening packages with the pliers is fun, and he wasn't kidding. Another package contained a tasty treat.

I'm still alive  :woohoo:   My whole family got it, so it has been a crappy week.

Day 27

Here's Mr Juice posing next to all of the used COVID tests my family used this week.

Day 28

Opening packages that have started piling up.

Day 29

I was hoping to try out the corkscrew during the challenge, but I am still feeling too under the weather to drink wine.

As a fellow who's on the other forum I visit regularly might say, "that sucks swamp water through a flavor straw." Hope you and the family are back on your feet in no time flat.

Day 29

Another six-pack holder met its demise, this time with a little help from a MAM Filmam.

Thank you, Poncho and Farmer  :hatsoff:

Day 30

I am surprised I was able to get through an entire month without full-sized pliers.  The Juice pliers are lightweight, but they were much more capable than I expected.  In fact, that might be a good review for the Juice as a whole -  lightweight, but still very capable.  :tu:  If they were not discontinued, I would probably carry one much more often.

I think my only complaint is that the S2's scissors are horrible for cutting fingernails.  Juices are essentially premium SAKs, but I guess it's difficult to beat SAK scissors.

Thank you to Poncho and Farmer for joining me on this challenge, and to everyone who dropped in with words of encouragement or pics of their own

Finally, an official thwak  :twak: to Poncho and Farmer for making me want a Juice Pro

Day 30

As day 30 happens to be Memorial Day, the Pro is posing with some hand-written thoughts. Take a moment and think of those who didn't make it home.

What are my thoughts on the Pro, and the Juice series in general? They're great entry-level tools from Leatherman. Everything on them is useful, though the scissors aren't up to par with Victorinox's. The Rev, Wingman, and that ilk just seem like a step in the wrong direction. I sure enjoyed carrying the Pro...but next time I carry it, it'll be in a sheath.

Thank to Poncho for participating and following along, and to Rich for hosting the challenge! :hatsoff:
