7 or 15 or 30 Days of Juice
on: April 23, 2022, 01:50:21 AM
The forum has Juice badges for all 3 durations.  Starting May 1st, I plan on trying for the 30 Day badge, but I might settle for a 7 or 15 day badge instead.  Please feel free to join me for any of the durations.   :tu:

I need to go and see if I did any of these yet

If not, I would be down for at least 7 days

I'm really looking forward to this challenge. A Pro will be my go-to unless others are added.

Enjoy guys, first challenge I did on MTO was a 30 day Juice challenge using a CS4, one of my all time faves. Looking forward to following along :like: :tu:

A pic I took earlier today having recently added the KF4 and Pro

The CS3 is the only Juice I own. I bought it for the scissors comparison thread. It is a nice tool, but not enough function for me to carry 30 days.

Awesome collection,  Echo 8) :like: :like:

That is a nice one, Adam but I would agree that there isn't enough utility in any of the Juice knives  They could have made them to compete with SAKs but apparently chose not to :dunno:

Day 1 of ?

Not sure if I will go 7 or 15 yet  probably not 30 as I do use pliers at work and most of the Juices I have are more rare  :o

KF4 in grey today though :woohoo:

Day 1

My two main concerns starting this challenge are going without full-sized pliers and/or breaking a discontinued tool.  I'm going to keep the plier use to light duty jobs, and I'll post if/when I use other pliers instead.

I'm starting with an S2 because it has all of the tools I normally use; however, I might switch to a C2 on a couple days so I can test out the corkscrew.

On, one more thing... job number 1 is getting a pocket clip on this bad boy.

Yay! It started and we get to see and read about the capabilities of the Juice series.

I was carrying my S2 yesterday and used it to remove and clean the air filter and spark plug of our lawn mower. Not having to walk back to my garage to get other tools was very convenient.

Perfectly understandable. I'll be taking it fairly easy on my Juice throughout the challenge.

Great first day photos!

Day 1 of 30

No coffee picture from me today. But I did get some progress made on a Metal Earth lighthouse. The Juice Pro has no tools suitable for removing parts from the fret, and its pliers couldn't quite fit in some of those tight spaces. However, the tweezers were very helpful in assembling the fiddly little window panes.

Day 2 of ?

Going with a CS4 today :woohoo: this one isn't mint sonlikely will be my main carry for this challenge  ;) :D I really never need a corkscrew nor an opener, so that part of the toolset isn't appealing to me  I need to track down a nice priced S2 sometime but the likelihood of that is probably slim :ahhh the rest of the tools of the CS4 are very useful and appealing to me though :woohoo: :like:

Also of note, the LM Bit Adapter works well with the small square shank Phillips driver in the Juice series :woohoo:

The Vic mini screwdriver fits perfectly in the Juice corkscrew so might make it a little more useful for you…good tip re the bit adapter :tu:

This one isn't mint...
Awl the more reason to carry it! :like: :tu:

Day 2

A new Pulse (thanks, Barry!) had to be liberated from its package. Figured I'd try out the Pro's scissors. They worked quite well. Some bonus footage may come later in the day.

Nice pics, Poncho and Farmer  :tu:

Day 2

I'm not enjoying the way my Juice is sitting in my pocket  :(  Like usual, I need to add a pocket clip of some sort.

Here we are just randomly sitting on the concrete... the Juice taking a break from my pocket.
