Zip Tie User badge request

Used lots of zip ties setting up an electronic drum kit. Smaller ones to tidy up the wiring harness and the long ones to link the kick pedal to the frame to stop the frame from wandering plus a makeshift drum stick holder.

A Leatherman Charge was there to help too

And here’s my Beatles shrine made out of old Rock Band game controllers. Zip ties used to keep Ringo’s signature drum sticks in place.

My music partner had a Roland electronic drum kit and kept it my house for a few years, great fun. I’ve four Roland synths and various outboard kit, including a space echo, I’m a big Roland fan

Great, you must have rocked the house while you had it . What I like about them is that you can use headphones and not disturb others. They might still hear the stick on pad noises which can be annoying but it’s not too bad, right

Yes, Roland makes great electronic gear. I am a big fan too.

As I sit on my Crapper Throne in the Reading Room and explode on the Commode, thinking, how my flush beat John’s and Jerry’s pair? Jack’s had to run for the Water Closet yet ended up tripping on a Can bowing and hitting his Head on the Porcelain God! 🚽
