This is one beautiful rather cheap knife. Hits way above the price.

I've been eyeballing that every time I've gone to Home Depot for the last year.  You're not helping my resolve. :twak:

Maybe.  Is it made by Kershaw?  I have seen and handled Milwaukee folders that are obviously Kershaws.

I do not know. Kershaw makes very good stuff...and this knife follows along those lines of quality.

The handle was a little thin for me, but I still occasionally use mine. It takes a beating. I noticed that Lowe's had some fixed blades from Lenox that look to be EXACTLY the same basic design except for markings and handle color.

Here is one I also like, the Fastback Tanto, which has an AXIS-like lock.  Really, it's one of the nicest knives you can buy for under $30. I got mine used in a lot and was planning on passing it on, but I really came to love it. Holds a decent edge, doesn't take much to sharpen, and with the assist, opens FAST. And, because of the AXIS-clone, I can open and close it one-handed with my left hand (I'm left-handed).

I took the assist spring out of mine like a dimwit (thinking it would open as well as both of my Benchmades), and it never opened right. I lost the spring, and I doubt  Milwaukee would allow me to request one.
