On eBay;

Blinking expensive though.
Chancing his arm slightly I think. Except you never know, someone might want it badly enough.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

Bloody hell. I'd expect the knife thrown in for the price of the postage.
I used to come here a lot.

Weeell. It's $50 to the UK - I can get a new swiss Champ for that!
Are they rare or something?
I used to come here a lot.

I get the impression you're more likely to get a wheelbarrow full of rocking horse poo.

Yes, they are rare, and some odd ones have gone for similar amounts on eBay in the past, but some of those auctions may have been suspect.
All three "lighter models" are pretty rare as they were never imported to North America as they didn't meet child safety restrictions, and the US being the biggest market meant they were made in smaller numbers than most models. Then, many were returned and/or scrapped because of faulty lighters, making them even more rare.

Hopefully you don't plan to use it, because most are DOA... and those that aren't are well on their way to being dead! I was lucky to have one that worked- so lucky that I filled it up, used it once, then emptied it and put it away safe and sound!

And, in case anyone doubts it's function....

It would be great to own such a failure of a SAK.
Plus it would go well in my lighter collection.

Yes, there aren't too many failures out there from Victorinox. Although I do have to say that the look on the Vic Executives' faces was priceless when we mentioned the AutoTool to them!
