Why are my pictures tiny sometimes?

Why are my pictures tiny sometimes?

Sometimes, when I post a pic, it comes up very small, like this.

Other times, it comes up full size, like this.

As far as I know, I'm doing the same thing to upload it either way.

Side question: Is there any way to insert pics that I upload inside a post instead of at the bottom? I know how to link an image from imgur or wherever, but it seems like there should be a way to do it with "internal" images as well.

I'm not sure why your pics would post small unless you saved them that way  :dunno:

You can insert your image anywhere in a post by using the insert image link  to the right of the Choose File box.

The smaller picture has a file size of only 16 kb while the larger one has a size of 175kb.
Perhaps you submitted a thumbnail pic for the smaller one.
