Because the paint isn’t going to go hard into itself.

Also coffee.

Day 33 of 30

Final. Not going to continue the challenge, though I will keep carrying my Swiss Champ as an edc for sure.

I have a SeaToSummit camping towel that has a carrying bag. A zipper in that bag got torn at some point - not a big deal though. Used scissors to cut the thread after sewing it back into place, because repair is noble🪡

Looking good Barry. I find it relaxing to go outside and magnify plants and bugs.

Day 36

Today I did a ton of cardboard crafting with my 8 year old. The scaler is good for bulk cutting as it is relatively clean but doesn’t generate dust like the file does. The scissors were great for detailed cuts, although after the session my thumb was quite sore.   [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]    [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]    [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

That sak sure is thick. As the weather warms to upper 80s carrying the champ is feeling a bit more cumbersome when I am not working and wearing shorts.

I love my coffee but I think I will be taking a break next week - No caffeine. We shall see how that goes.

Day 37 of 60!

So today we decided to get the camper ready for the new season.

To install the hitch on the truck there is a cotter pin that needs to be pushed in. Was to hard with just my hand so XLT and amazingly enough the rarely used Pliers got it done.

Was pleased to get some use out of the Pliers. Thinking it was a fluke later that very same day while working at the range teaching CQB to some Sheriff Deputies we needed a pack of ear plugs opened. There is a staple holding it closed and if you take the staple out cleanly you can reuse the package.

Yep, you guessed it! Two legitimate Plier use activities in one day?!

Who knew?

Just used em again to put a new plate on the camper.

It’s a crazy world we live in.

Looking good guys. Nice camper Harley!

Today I used the scissors a few times, once was to open a juice container to put it on ice for the kids.

Day 38

No uses today. The most action it saw was when it fell out of my pocket once. In response I added one of the free clips at my office again.
