I called Leatherman about this. It's legit. This is the last batch of product they have left.

Sooo tempted. But I have the plain edge version and ultimately went for the cadet for the slimness. But thanks for the heads up. Maybe I’ll change my mind.

I love mine. Had it for 10 years at least. I've sent it back 3 times for repairs when I've snapped off the screw drivers.
