Who Made This Matco Knife?

Hello everyone. Question for you. Who makes this knife for Matco Tools? It is a $55 tool truck knife. It is made in China. I can see why a mechanic would like this knife. It has spring loaded one hand opening, has a thick grip, and the handle is a high grip rubber material. It is a chunky knife in the pocket.
