What does “Made in CH “ mean on my new Compact?

Just received this “compact”  with this box closure sticker on it. 

Does this mean China?
Did I get an impostor?
Is there a new factory?

The name originates from the Helvetii a celtic tribe living in the region of today's Switzerland. Helvetia has become the personification of Switzerland, so while the US got their eagle, we got a kick-ass lady with shield and spear:

Backside of our 2 CHF coin (as you can see, the CH is even in our currency: Confoederatio Helvetica Franc)
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
