WDT '24 Day 27
Nothing to do today but open some mail.  I wish I had more I could do with both of these tools.

:iagree: I feel your pain Alan. It doesn't help that I "mostly" can't leave the house with either (UK carry laws  ::))
They don't like it up 'em!

Excellent shots/uses everyone  :tu: Have a great day :salute:

Powernoodle Day 28

My spending on toys has greatly diminished over the past few years, but this month I seem to be hitting it pretty hard.  I used the Dual Force to open a sweet, sweet Spyderco UK Penknife in CPM SPY27 steel.  Though targeted at the non-locking UK market, the Spydie UK Penknife locks up so tight that it can easily replace a locked blade.  I love the ergos and aesthetics of this series.

Day 28

No real action for the CD today. It did help break down some boxes. I really need to sharpen its blade. Now settling down for the evening with a few chapters of tonight’s read.

Antti, your panini looks wonderful. Much better than the shrimp scampi I made the family tonight.

Day 29

Adjusted the tension on these screws so I could get a larger stone in the arm. One sharpener I'm going to be reviewing is a wooden one that's quite unique, made by a guy in Croatia.

I like how those pliers open up so wide.  They're almost like Channel Locs.

WDT '24 Day 29
Here's the Dual Force and the Center Drive next to my desk weather radio showing the weekly test that happens every Wednesday around 11:30.  I have three weather radios so I can hear one no matter where I am in the house.  I think weather radios are as necessary and as important as smoke detectors. Every home and office should have at least one :pok:

DAY 28

So today I managed to do something vaguely practical that involved both of my "drive" participants  :ahhh

The DF was used to open the blanking caps and the SD assisted with opening one of the valves  :tu:

The boiler needs topping up on a frequent basis (the rad' valves leak like a sieve) but the landlord is...slack*  ::)

* We pay bugger awl so we take the rough with the smooth  ;)

I agree David.  It looks classy!

I remember doing repairs on my rental Surge.  If I waited for the landlord to do it, it'd be a long wait

Day 30: Thanks for a great month everyone!  It was great actually EDCing the CD again.  It's been 5 years since I last did a Challenge with it.  Mine usually resides in the glove box of my car, awaiting its call to duty.  It's probably the most used project EDC I have, assembling countless pieces of furniture or making repairs.  I use the knife and bit driver more than any other tool on it, including the pliers.  It's been used hard over the years but hasn't let me down yet.

Don't forget the badge!  Now I'll have to get used to a super lightweight knife for a month, in the Opinel Challenge.  I might have to wear the Center Drive to ease my body down from having it on!

Powernoodle Day 30

The Dual Force and ARC pliers at full chomp.

Thank you muchly Captain Barry and everyone for a groovy Challenge.  I enjoyed carrying the Dual Force, Center Drive and the two Armbars.  The Armbar Slim makes a fine addition to my split ring of toys, as the blade and driver handles about 97.4% of everything I need on a daily basis. The Dual Force is a big one no doubt, and has maximum gobble if one has a need for that kind of thing.  Any of these in your pocket or on the belt will make you better prepared than 99% of those around you, and that's a good thing when the opportunity arises to make life a little easier or even save the day.
