Can anyone identify this watch? (2017 Leatherman Uhr)

I recently picked up this Leatherman-branded watch that seems to have originally been sold in Germany. There was no information available in English, and the word Uhr just brings me information about the Tread Tempo.

On the back, there is an indication that it is number 106 of 300 made in a limited run:

I've opened it up to change the battery and verified that the mechanism is in fact the swiss variant of a Ronda .715, although I didn't take any pictures.

Based on the year, I'm guessing it was some sort of test before the release of the Tread Tempo in a program similar to Leatherman Garage.
I have a few screws loose, but that's why I keep 19 screwdrivers on my person at all times.

Thought it would make a good substitute Tempo with some link adapters, but that just murders the spring bars every time you pull the Tread open.

I could offer a couple of suggestions. You may want to post it in the Watch It! subforum. And there are a good number of German speakers at MTo, so photos of the paperwork may help.

It is a nice-looking watch, and all those tiny screws present a good example of how useful a magnet or a small parts container can be!

    Uhr just means clock.  Keeping it simple, since you are not here for a lesson on telling time in German.  G

I used  to see those watches mixed in with the OG  Juices at Marshall’s and TJ Maxx in the early 2000’s, if I remember correctly. Aah, the good old days.
