I love the Awl!! Right up there with the Vic scaler  :tu:
Day 14

Today is calmer than yesterday.
Doing clean up on some tools, and the AWL works well at digging gunk or lint from crevices.

Exactly
It is becoming a real issue here state side.

Shredded cheese purchased prepackaged may include fillers. AKA sawdust.

The prepackaged individually wrapped Kraft singles are no longer labeled cheese, but a cheese flavored product. Some YouTubers applied a flame to slices. They do not melt, instead the slices turn black or burst into flames acting like a plastic panel. Not food.

US consumers have been conditioned that if it looks edible, it is!

Day 13

Used the Bond today to open a new to me Wave +.

Once I got it out of the mailer, I soaked it for half an hour in 70% isopropyl alcohol. I then scrubbed it down with with an old toothbrush and used an old paint brush to get into all the hard to reach areas. Even after the good cleaning there was some kind of nasty film all over it. I then used dawn dishwashing soap and repeated the process. Flushed it out with hot water, then dried it out with compressed air. I knew it needed a new blade and a flat driver. I replaced those with parts I had from my parts bin. I also changed out the bits since they were worn and broken. I then sanded out as many scratches as I could this evening. After, I lubed up all the pivots and added a clip I got from a Surge.

Now I am ready for a Wave Wednesday.

That has to be the scariest thing one can see on a US food package.
How can cheese be anything else than real ? If it ain't, it has another name.

Like... fake cheese?  or more likely a brunch of EXXX and EXX where X are numbers

Day 15

Changing batteries in my Petzl headtorch.

I can’t complain - despite working around 200 night shifts a year and occasional use outside work, I only have to change them around every nine months.

Powernoodle Day 15

My favorite tool on an MT is a long-shank, real 3D phillips driver.  I used it to replace a screw that fell off the bottom of a kitchen chair.  I would have needed 9 hands to take a pic.

Come on over, and I'll fire up the oven.

 :salute:

"100% real cheese" is contrasted with processed cheese, cheese food, prepared cheese, and cheese product (all of these being the same category), which consist of cheese in addition to other ingredients.

In France, "fromage fort" - i.e., cheese combined with other ingredients - falls into the latter category.  :tu:

Ergo, fromage fort is not "100% real cheese".

(Image removed from quote.)

OK, I get it now. I understood "real" as opposed to "false", whereas it means "pure cheese".

For those who are wondering, "fromage fort" is basically cheese mixed with alcool and spices. Not my thing, but it is a thing.

Nice picture.

I do have a thing about quality  writing instruments. The jotter and Blue bullet  are stunning.

And the finish on the Space pen is one I have not seen before. I like!
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!
