Praise the Lord! I finally found my beloved Ruby Tinker! I owe it all to IMR for the encouragement and for keeping the faith! I had it with me every day in a pocket of my work bag without even realizing it. I happened to take my fixed blade out of the pocket to sharpen it and when I put it back in, I heard the sheath hit something in the bottom. I stuck my hand in and instantly knew my search had ended. Relieved and happy is an understatement!

   Nice looking pair.  I was pretty sure you would find it.  Now if it had been friend Aztec who lost it, I would have given up hope.  No telling how deep some of these jack-a-lope holes in Texas are.  Best wishes.  G

Yeah, I've been known to lose a thing or two, then forget I lost it.  If I end up finding it again, I'm wondering where it came from because I don't remember ever owning it until my wife reminds me that I had originally lost it.   :facepalm:

I was sure some sticky little 2yo hands swiped it as she likes to play with the SAKs I have in a tray next to my recliner. They are often found in random places if I don't keep my eye on her and they are always slobbery. Luckily, her attention span is not too long and she usually doesn't have a hold of them for long before she drops it and plays with another toy so they don't end up too far away "most of the time." Alas, she is not to blame for the misplacing of the Ruby Tinker. I take full responsibility and but will always look to her first when something goes missing  :D
