What can Victorinox Service (in CT) do on vintage SAK's?

I've had pretty good success with repairs on a couple of my SAK's at Victorinox Service in Connecticut.  Until my most recent repair order in November 2024 on a Passenger model where they replaced my broken vintage main blade (Plus sign touching crossbow) with a new blade (no crossbow) I've had really good success with VINTAGE replacement parts including fluted 4 turned corkscrews and period correct Victorinox crossbow main blades).

I've now got a 1970's Climber with long Nail File who's 5 TURN corkscrew is damaged (not just bent, but also "pulled" slightly making a couple mm's longer than before and I was wondering if anyone has any luck with Victorinox Service being able to repair or even replace such a 5-turn corkscrew.

I also have a Victoria Super Tinker with a broken scissor.  Can I expect to get it back with the correct scissor with no spring guide groove?

How about other repairs?  I'm just assuming that main blades with Elinox or Victoria tang stamps are long out of stock and will not be replaced with the same period-correct blades?

Can anyone else share their thoughts or experience with this?
Thanks

My first post on the forums but I thought I'd hop on this one. I had a Small Huntsman 246 with a crack through all the liners along the middle pin, which made the corkscrew flop around. They replaced the liners, left all the tools as requested and put the original scales on. Worked beautifully but the liners were about .5mm larger than the originals. Better than a completely broken knife, but a glaring issue. That said I have sent them many for repairs and they never disappointed, they've just all been recent models.

They don't keep a supply of vintage parts, so don't count on the 5 twist coming back as anything but a brand new 4 twist.

Hey great info...thanks.
And yes, that's what I figured with regard to the 5-turn corkscrew.  I might send it in for them to try a repair and I'll specify that I want to keep the 5-turn as is, worst case scenario.  Thank you!

Out of curiousity, did that one have the part-round awl? I've got an older Ranger-equivalent that's in halfway decent shape, except all the liners have cracked--thus, I presume it's not fixable under warranty.   Victorinox made my 84mm Craftsman not exactly correct, but at least it's now a usable knife.
