Requesting 111mm Collector Level 1

Dear mods and fellow knights,

As a man burdened by both responsibility and the inability to stop browsing this forum, I submit myself for the 111mm Level 1 Collector Badge.

The five that made the cut (and occasionally, literally do):

1. Soldier – Issued to those brave enough to serve, and now... to me, who bravely opens Amazon boxes.

2. Forester – it's black, it's beautiful and it's a noble blade for the concrete jungle.

3. Hunter XT – Orange. Loud. Unapologetic. Like a Bengal Tiger, who also has a gutting blade. I take it hunting.. in my mind. Otherwise it sits in a drawer!

4. Workchamp – This one has tools for every situation. Except perhaps the one where someone asks, “Why do you need so many knives?”

5. Skipper – The newest crew member. It has a marlinspike, which is great for... well, I’ll figure that out once I buy a boat. Or a rope. Or friends who sail.

As Epictetus might’ve said (had he owned a Swiss Army Knife):
"Don’t explain your knife collection to fools. They’ll ask why you need it. The wise already know."

Requesting the badge not out of pride, but out of quiet acknowledgment that I’ve crossed the threshold from “I’ll just get one” to “give me a collector badge!”

    I noticed you were back on the site, but didn't want to make a spectacle of your return.  The arrangement of 111s into a Victorinox chakra is commendable.  Best wishes.  Gary

Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a tool made in a specific country for thirty (30) consecutive days. ? Must update or add a page on SAKWiki Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Soldier for thirty (30) consecutive days.  Carry tools with single functions only. No multi-tools, no multi-layer Swiss Army Knives, no combo one-piece tools and post a photo for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread with photos of at least 6 SAKs of different frame lengths and/or shapes in your collection. Eg 58mm, 74mm, 84mm regular, 84mm slim, 85mm etc Start a new thread with photos of your Buck knives in use Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK-alike, aka multi-layered, knife-based pocket tools for thirty (30) consecutive days.

Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Leatherman Skeletool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days.
