Day 19: Old school today!  Does anyone think they could EDC a PST every day?  I think I could.  With a saw in one, it would cover all my requirements.

Day 19

Waited awl day for a AMAZON delivery…

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Yes, I could carry a PST every day!
Live a rather tame lifestyle presently.

If expecting to require a saw, a SIGNAL or REBAR may join into the mix or just replace the PST. Life is an adventure🫣
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Day 19

I also opened a package today.  I could easily carry a PST because it is the lightest and thinnest pliers-based tool that I have.  Although, I have already noted this month that on at least two occasions I had to also carry a SAK or SAK alike because I needed a saw, and I kind of also like to have scissors with me, but a PST II would take care of that need.

I could be convinced to carry a PST every day...if I had enough of them. Posting a photo of my JPST with my favorite only pair of boots is much more doable.

Great work, y'awl! :2tu: I've been having a good time following this challenge.

I'll second that Alan.  It's nice to have a Vic on board.  Fan, I'm with you on that JPST.  They're way too rare and nice to carry.
Bring on the boots!! 🥾🥾

Day 20

Early, I mentioned being impressed with the PST’s small screwdriver; however, it’s still no replacement to Leatherman’s mini screwdriver.  Here’s a good example on a pair of glasses - the screwdriver is to fat to reach the screw.

Day 20

Yesterday I opened an Amazon package, the PST struggled,  the blade received enough TLC, so that I could slice paper silently as I like.

Waited patiently today, as my USPS app reported a package was arriving TODAY!

The BO PST handle the task like cutting thru soft butter.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Freeing my first FUSE from the packaging.  (Basically a Kick with scissors😃❤️

This FUSE 0605/0605, appears to never have been used, no lint or dust inside the handles even.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

I used the PST to cut out the drip free spout in a detergent bottle which will become my sharps disposal container for the next few months.

Day 21

A head cold/sore throat have inflicted this old coot.

Needed  scissors (actually nail clippers) but to weak to get up and fetch.

So I used the easiest to reach…

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

(Took a picture afterwards)

Sipping hot tea for the throat and a box of tissues handy.  I hope to survive, I think may 20 years since my last head cold.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Plus I am not keeping score, so awl is good, still strange you would show this dark side while we provide honor and dignity to such an iconic model in LMs lineup. A VETERAN DESERVING OF RESPECT FOR THE AGES.

It is the same for me, Barry. Add a saw and I could handle the majority of my MT needs.
