Box opening early SwissChamp

Got this at local auction recently. At a very nice price - 700 SEK - about 70 USD. Been looking for a nice condition early SwissChamp and thought this one met the criteria both for early and condition. It has probably spent all these years in the box.

First version pliers, grooved corkscrew, bail on cork screw side, scissors with screw - etc... And small v on tang puts this one nicely in the early production.

As found - not even cleaned yet.

Good purchase. My SwissChamp is similar in terms of pliers, scissors, and corkscrew. The black three-tool holders and the large V are different.

Wow - That is quite a find - And a fabulous price - Could probably sell for double on ebay tomorrow ;)
