I am from Platte County, Nebraska. I have loved Swiss Army Knives since I was a kid. First item I ever saved up to buy was a Victorinox Champ 20 years or so ago. Came with the basket weave leather sheath/holster. I might post a pic sometime. Later my dad got me a tool chest plus which I also still have. Both were a bit much for EDC so I ended up getting a Wenger Teton after college with a serrated blade and Philips screwdriver.  Tragically, I ended up losing it somewhere. Now I go back and forth between a Victorinox Compact and a Super Tinker.

Actually, what brought me to this forum was seeing some of the modding that guys here did to combine the two into one model. Basically a Victorinox Compact with an awl and Phillips on the back. At some point I would either like to try to make one myself or see if there is someone who would be willing to make me one for the right price. We shall see which path I take, haha!  ;)

 I hear you guys like a good pic so I snapped what has come to be just about my favorite EDC combo: Streamlight 66608 MicroStream and Victorinox Compact. Usually along with a more interesting full sized folding knife and phone/wallet.
