Hi Team,

I was recently editing the EKA Wood Collection page in SAKWiki and I was reminded once again of the amazing photos ColoSwiss contributed to our Wiki.

CS must have had one of the most extensive SAK collections in the world.
Whenever you see these fabulous images in bright (Colorado) sunshine on a slab of sandstone they are almost certainly ColoSwiss's photos

For those of you who did not know: The third (or fourth)  generation* of Wiki editors was enki_ck and ColoSwiss with CS providing the images and enki doing the Wiki updates. Many, many of the Wenger pages (and others) were created by that team - and we are immensely grateful to them. This was an enormous piece of work.

The Wiki work was in addition to him being a wonderful, generous and helpful member of this forum.

ColoSwiss sadly passed away six years ago - His brother kindly let us know of his passing here:

It should also be noted that his collection is now held by one of the other members here.
Merit Badges Participate in a Challenge thread, carry at least one black edc item, and post a photo every day for 30 consecutive days.  Carry tools with single functions only. I was going to say the same thing -- it's amazing and uplifting to know that his collection is in good hands!
