That's really cool!  For you to get your commercial license, what kind of flying hours do you need?  Or is it based off of training?

I need 150 total for the commercial license.  I am planning to move into a training job immediately after that, which requires a CFI (certified flight instructor) license and 200 total hours (for insurance purposes).  I have 85 hours under my belt right now.  I started flying in March 2013, so I should be done with training by the end of 2014 if all goes well.

Just finished dinner, and was acting goofy with my older son and my wife had to snap a pic of us,, lol. JR

 :rofl:  It's ok JR, I did the same thing last year for our anniversary and shaved my beard completely off.  I don't plan on doing that this time though.  It takes too long for me to grow a beard like that, and I rather enjoy it.
