This SOG Paratool is completely mint, but could not officially be sold because the box was torn.
It's complete with it's original Blackie Collins designed sheath, and the tool itself is completely polished, not stonewashed as it may show in the pictures.

Kwaker so many nice tools. If my Ebay Paratool deal falls through I may have a crack at this , but I think Kwaker's gear is so much nicer than my bank account

Always wanted one so 20 euros for the cause, I'm broke so this is highest I can do.

I seem to remember several brits complain about locking implements on multitools, this doesn't lock.

The man was/is a prolific inventor in the knife industry. I really admire him.

His original patent needed refinement to eventually become the ParaTool, but you can see the family resemblence.

I had one for a couple of days and then took it back. I really thought it was a kewl tool but was actually scared of the damn thing.

They are nice - perhaps a tad underrated in the company of waves and charges etc, but they have a certain simplicity that I love. They are lighter and slimmer then most of the other 4" tools too.

My knackered one has had a couple of mods - adding a woodsaw and grinding the big flathead in to a chisel, both adding a bit more use. That's something else which is great; being able to add tools and change them around to suit your purposes. The only gripe is that I kind yet find a way to add scissors (the SOG ones apparently don't fir the paratool). Scissors would make it perfect

Any ideas?!

I had this paratool awhile back. The scissors was already in it when I got it. I think all they did was shortened the scissors a little. Seemed to work ok.

I hear you mate , first time I used my Paratool's awl it folded closed & tried to take a chomp out of my finger

. The SOG awls are a bit of a mystery to me , great design but tricky to deploy or close.
