I'm just curious really, as I can't imagine when I might need an axe myself. I suppose for camping on so on?

What's wrong with those guys at lakelandbushcraft.co.uk? No Vic, no Wenger, no LM, no SOG, ..., and yet they do have Gerbers... and the Suspension :ahhh is the first one you see on that page, along with the quote: "But just because it's got nice lines, there's no reason you can't use it in some pretty ugly situations. In fact, we dare ya."... What can I say but  ::)
