Hi greetings from England.
on: April 20, 2009, 02:39:24 PM
Ok a bit about myself well then:my credit card No and pin are??oh wait it's not that kinda info your after is it? oh dear!

 Ok I'll start again  :salute:

Well I have been into or onto multi tools for some years now I have owned leatherman and SAK's mainly though my interest now is solely on SOG's that is not to say others are out for me either. The reason being I have never owned a SOG but! from what I have seen they are on top of the game IMO.

My last tool was a SAK spirit plus which I adored, but there came the problem I adored and kept it polished and never used it..for me it is far to pretty looking but! in the right hands it would be a great tool to use.

At this time I'm looking at the SOG S66 and I've a cross cut on the way to replace my worn out Micra, one thing that draws me to SOG's is the fact parts can be replaced and customised to fit my ever changing needs a big plus in my book. :tu:

My other hobbies are flashlights, knives, axes and Archery, and not so common Saps and black jacks of which I just made one out of some spare leather and lead I had laying around,it turned out ok considering it was my first attempt.
Here's a picture of it completed,

Oh and a picture of my SAK spirit plus,

That's it for now and I hope you can welcome me to your wonderful forum,I'm sure I will learn a lot from you guys and have fun along the way  :D

Hello and welcome to the affray. I'm a big fan of the SOG swappable bits too - makes them very user friendly.

I think you'll find yourself very at home here  :D

Greetings Titan.

Myself, I prefer Leatherman tools to SOG, but it's just a personal thing really. The SOGs I have are all great tools, so I reckon you wouldn't be disappointed. I want a Powerassist, but I'm just too poor, so it'd be great if you were to post your thoughts if you get one.

I used to come here a lot.
