Just Ordered my First Plier Style Muti-Tool!

Ordered the Leatherman Charge TTi for $90 shipped. Seems like a great deal, I'll see about that.  :cheers: This is my first muti-tool, i have a Wenger SAK currently on the keychain.

What should I do upon receiving it? Polish it or oil it?  :climber:

Question: Some TTi i see on videos have the sliver colored handle whereas the TTi on the LM website shows it in grey color. Which is it?

The thing you should do when you receive your first multitool is fiddle with it - open and close every tool and generally play around with it for hours. That's what I did anyway :D

the handle scales are made of titanium, maybe the ilumination change from  pic to pic, theyre grey-ish as far as i know :think:

Yeah, good choice for a first tool.  The Charge is an excellent tool in many respects.

Be sure to check the liner locks deploy before you first use it.  I've had some problems with LM liner locks in the past but they improve loads if you open and close the blades for a while.
