I was finally able to get through to Taly, seeing as how busy she and her workers have been. Or, at least I think it may've been Taly, but whoever it was was definitely nice to talk to.

She offered me a Craftsman in place of the CyberTool 34, but instead of going for it, I asked to get a rain check and have them ship me a CyberTool 34 whenever they received in more stock. She agreed and whenever it arrives (probably long after I forget about it XD), I'll have a pleasant surprise in the mail.

I know it was an honest error on their part, but the fact that they're going way above and beyond what I would even /fathom/ a company to do, just to stay on the good side of their customers goes an /extremely/ long way.

I would definitely purchase from them again, and I recommend others to do so, too.

Is there anyone out there who grabbed some extra CT34s that wouldn't mind parting with one for OLF/FF?

And if a second one should also happen to be floating around, I wouldn't mind one too. Even if the price is a little higher...

has anyone gotten a craftsman yet?When i called she offered me a craftsman and i agreeded to accept it, but made it clear twice that i would prefer the ct 34.mine is suppossed to arrive saturday,wonder what i will get?

Hey guys first post here, someone from EDCForums pointed this thread out to me.

I jumped in on the deal, and just like some people, got a call from the nice lady and still waiting on my Cybertool. Still does not show a tracking number. Guess we'll have to wait.

I ordered three and nobody tried to contact me, I had to email them, and when I did, they offered me three craftmans, I suggested that I would be happy with one cybertool lite and one craftsman and they declined. This is kind of irritating to find out that some people got cybertool lites substituted 1:1....geez. I wasn't even rude or anything

In the end I told them I'd just wait for them to restock...We'll see if that ever happens

More than likely they are out of CT LItes by now. You really should call and ask to speak with Taly. She is very nice and just tell her your from the forum.

Package came with what was supposed to be a CT34, instead it was a Craftsmen. I am not too happy, as I was told I was getting a CT34. About to send an email out.

Well at least I'm not the only one whose order was cancelled. I called Friday morning and left a voicemail w/my Amazon order number and never heard back from them. Yesterday, my wife told me she had received an email from them saying my order was cancelled(wife has the Amazon account in her name). They'll be hearing from me tomorrow morning. I don't feel like I should need to mention the forum, but I want them to know that I know others who have received their Cybertools. When they originally called me asking to substitute a Craftsman, I asked if I could be put on a list for backordered CT34s. I was told that wasn't an option. Now some of you guys are saying you were given that option. I'm a little put off by their inconsistent customer service at this point.

I emailed them on Wednesday just asking them about the problem. They replied on Thursday with the Craftsman offer. I called on Friday and they said that the Cybertool Lite was unavailable. Then I emailed them on Friday asking to wait on the backorder list. They haven't replied to that. Then on Saturday I got an email that looks like a robot wrote it saying my order was canceled. My card was never charged.
I think that if the seller doesn't ship fast enough, Amazon just cancels the whole thing.

I spoke to Taly on the phone and through e-mail. The best I could get was a craftsman as an alternative. I received mine yesterday. Even though the craftsman was a nice gesture. I still want what I ordered. Guess I'll have to pick it up somewhere else.

Received my CT34 today. Packaging was bit worse for tear (it looks like the package got squished) but the knife arrive intact. I still find it strange how everyone got different answers Yes, you get one or No we don't have it.

My order was canceled because Amazon was going to cancel it anyway, due to the limited time between purchasing/auto-cancellation for orders if they aren't shipped.

So urg. Now it's just the wait time to see how long it'll take to have my card refunded. :/
