Anyone know who sells em or if their made at all? Like as in carbon fiber/plastic  keyring instead of the metal ones we all have. Thanks!

that 'biner says not for weight bearing use but one wonders how much weight could it hold?

I would say that the gate would surely be the most limiting factor.

hmm, I doubt you will find carbon fibre split rings, the standard epoxy resin that it is composited with doesn't bend.  you could perhaps make some or have some made if you can find a suitable composite material.  I can't think of any off the top of my head, but a firm rubber may work.

carbon fibre is somewhat brittle, I wouldn't trust it when my weight could be dropped on it suddenly.  Half way down this page (NSFW) is a good example of that.

Why is it I kept expecting to see the line "I didn't know it was loaded" in there somewhere!

Thanks everyone! Just didn't know if someone made em or not. I guess they would not stretch back in shape like the metal ones do. Oh well, just a dream.
