I only have mine sometimes... I grow it until it bothers me, then shave it off, then when I get sick of shaving, I grow it again!

So, only half an AYE from me!

Actually it's worse for me- my mother would never put up with scraggly beards in our teen years and used to threaten to get a pair of pliers and pull them out one by one while we slept.  I am guessing she wouldn't have gotten far before we woke up!

This is probably also the reason why I didn't start buying multis until I moved out on my own!

Of course, I have an excuse nowadays that even my mother buys- following a nice accident a number of years ago I was left with some nasty scars on my face and I usually try to hide them a bit with a goatee.  Unfortunately, because of the scarring, I can't grow a full beard or I'd probably just do that instead.

I use the scissors on a SAK to trim the occasional uncooperative goatee hairs, specifically the gray ones(trim one and three grow back in it's place) and others that seem to want to grow out at odd angles not in unison with the others.  The SAK scissors  work especially well on the fast growing hairs around the mouth that like to grab onto food as it enters my mouth and try to save some food for later.
