Dang some more nice finds, I’m so jealous! Our town just had one but of course we couldn’t do anything because we were getting shipments and someone had to be here,, :-\

Very envious folks.  I'm looking forward to car boot sales starting up again.

Houston is a huge place.   The three estate sales I went to were all between 2 and 15 minutes from my house. There were probably 10 to 15 within 30 minutes. I stay close to home.

You have to pay to have a sale here, except twice a year the town waves the costs, thus when everyone goes nuts..

I'm really liking both! I have never seen a gray Pocket Pal before. Perhaps it had an ad at one point?

No advertising.  Any idea what type knife the other one is?

Nice group!

I've never found a Handiman/Handiboy in the wild. I have a Handiboy, but it's in really rough shape, pliers are a tiny bit loose, and heavily worn. Wrench still works great. I think I need to upgrade to a better one. The CTA Tools knockoff is tempting, but I'd prefer the real thing for regular use. Been meaning for years to get several, and spread them around the farm and vehicles where needed.

I bought the lot for the Handiman tool and the found out when it arrived that it was sanded thin by a previous owner.  I’ll get a photo later to show you.  I have several I’ve picked up over the past 10 years.

A pair of those would go good in my mini tool carry, it’s got a pair of channel-locks, pliers and adjustable, but it would be nice to cut a few tools,  I made it up so I don’t have to lug the 5gal bucket around!

If you are trading out then you want the DH18 Handiboy. with the slightly large adjustable wrench.  Even then the adjustables are tiny.

I'm trying to think:

DH-16's wrench size=4" adjustable DH-18 wrench size=6" adjustable, correct?

Yes, you are correct.  I don't have an 18.  They are more expensive.

Picked this up at an estate sale.  I plan to use the handle on a tool box.

Recent auction buy.
I bought a Stanley Bloody Mary Knife like yours today a little cleaning, new blade and some 3in1 oil got it working like new.

What brand is your handyman tool Diamond? I bought a new unbranded one at a auto parts store about ten years ago. Found yourself some nice new tools.

Hi Mike,

Yes, the Handyman is a Diamond.  Thanks, after receiving the lot I was actually happier about the knife, and tin cutters than the Handyman. It isn’t in great shape.

Craftsman, Plomb, Ames green screwdriver, Proto pliers. Fleet locking pliers, Blackhawk 4 inch adjustable, an old Schlitz church key and 4 cans of machine oil.

Here a few flea market fines I removed the rust from the chalk line (Dandee-Reel)I
polished it and gave it a few coats of paste wax. The Stanley 199 was really dirty and banged up to top it off the casting was rough as well. I found the Miller’s Falls utility knife yesterday paid five dollars for it and was happy to get it. It is Almost mint for a tool that was probably made in the early 1960s

Yadda, Mike etc: What do you do with all your old tool finds? Are they displayed or do they go in your toolboxers as users?

Some I put in my user box, some get files away in the numerous tool boxes that I have for my pseudo attempt at putting together sets and some are given away.  I will probably hold some of them for a while then sell them.
