That's ebay for you. You'll not like this answer but your best course of action is to agree to a full refund upon return. Chalk it up to experience.If you don't, the buyer will just take the matter to PayPal as goods not as described and PP will take the money off you and refund them anyway.

Glad it didn't go to far south.... ebay can be a pain in the bits. I had someone whining about my packaging once. The item was a small cheap trinket (utter cr*p truth be told) and I included P&P so it really didn't cost much. I think the final price was about £1.20!I sent it in a sealed plastic bag, inside an envelope 1st class, but apparently that wasn't good enough. It was cheap and it arrived safely, so I don't know what the damn fool was on about You can't please all of the d*ckheads all of the time
