+1 for mineral oil--an inexpensive, food-safe option.I use Nano-oil for the really sticky ones.
I have used a product called inox, it is a food grade lubricant. I have used it for awhile & I am more than happy with it.I buy it in one of those unpressurised pump bottles & then I use a small syringe from work with a blunt needle too draw up a couple of mls & then deliver the lubricant in a more accurate & economical way than the bottles spray applicator.
