thank you all for the warm welcome.  Live in Rio de Janeiro now, have quite a few MT and Leathermans, my ST lives in the glove compartment of my car, has saved my ass many times.
The tip of one of the needlenose pliers broke (my bad) so I grounded the other one, looks OK to me.

I have had to do the same to a different model LM with the plier tips and they look fine as well :cheers: I still love the look of the old school LM tools the best :dd: :like:

Just got this off eBay. Mint, looks like it wasn't even used.

Love, love, love it. Nothing beats the original Leatherman form factor, and this beast is just awesome. I even like the locks and their function.

We have our first child arriving in a few weeks and already used it to put together her stroller  :D
