Royal crest tools any good?

I found this interest SAK type tool on eBay. Not sure what kind of quality it is, anyone have experience with Royal Crest tools?

It looks like a lot tools for not a lot of money, I could also use it for parts.

It's made in China.There is a Royal Crest knife listed on Amazon with one review.He gave 2 out of 5 stars.Looks like junk to me.

Junk. Handled one literally yesterday (one of my favourite local discount stores just got a big box of 'em in).
