I've been persuading myself I don't need another one ever since the S10 came out, and then the S15 made it even harder to resist. :D I've been fighting the urge to buy one but I'm only one drunken eBay-ing away form having one in the mail. :doh:

I like that 1XAAA light.  I know it's essentially like the Maratac 1XAAA but the Maratac has a diamond pattern knurling.  That linear pattern is quite classy.

Yeah, I never liked the Maratacs cause of that aggressive knurling. :-\ This is the iTP A3 eos. Last version before olight started making them under their own name. (I believe they are the OEM for the Maratacs too). I'm sorry I didn't buy more when they were still available and am still waiting for olight to release a SS version of it.

Me too. Love my ITP A3 SS, wish I had bought more. Sadly though, I don't think Olight will release an SS version.

do you ever find the keyring on your e11 pressed too hard against the back switch? i tried to to that on my older e11 and it looked like it would damage the rubber case over time. have you had any trouble with that?

Hi, actually, I don't keep those rings for too long as I don't like the feeling of having it there. For the tie I've had them, however, I haven't had any problem. Yeah, the bigger rings do touch the clicky, but if I find it to be too big, I change to a smaller split ring and it's okay.

My workinghorse, a old Maglite......cut down to 1D, DLC coated, glas lens, Aluminum reflector, runs with 3 AAA Eneloops on 450 Lumen.

It was funny, just yesterday a guy who doesn't carry a light at work yanked my haiku out of my pocket. I didn't panic since I know my haiku is tough and can handle a foreign user. But I thought "if only you knew how much that light was....."
