  • I'm an Adult?!?! When did that happen?
Is the search over? Have I discovered the ultimate SAK?

I know a few people who would say YES.    :drink:

It has an added advantage that it might be TSA friendly.  You should check their website.

That one already excists ... it's not a SAK or a GAK, it's a BAK (Belgian Army Knife), see ... ;)

P.S. Some time ago I went looking for some info on the kind of knife the Belgian Army uses, and this was the first thing Google came up with  ::).  What does the rest of the world think of us here ...

Actually I have a project in mind that includes any and all food related blades/tools including a couple of modified standard tools, for example a fish scaler that has been cut, bent, ground and polished into a cocktail fork.

I have a name in mind for such a "Foodie's SAK" ...     The Gastronaut.    :tool:

cheese knife
spreading knife (My First Vic'  type blade)  or spatula
every opener possible
cocktail fork
nut cracker (Pliers, but they might not be up to the job)
cigar cutter (nice to have, but hard/expensive to source)

what else would be useful in the land of gluttony?

If it didn't have the "Poofter bloody corkscrew" it could be an Australian army knife...

I guess you could open ya Shelia's wine with it,  but the awl would be more use more use in a fight.

I was actually thinking the Wenger can opener would take care of that task rather well. :)
