RE: minichamp screwdriver...this is exactly why I bought that Outrider to get the small phillips. But I still haven't devised the best way to install it in a 91mm chassis. 2 days ago I tried using it as a loose implement (I took the knife apart a while ago), but had to get a "real" small phillips driver since I couldn't really torque the loose tool without a handle attached to it.

I think the 111mm small Phillips has the best chance of getting down into holes vs. 58mm combo tool or Cybertool bit.  But still figuring out how to mount it without resorting to welding.

I even considered Hercules as EDC since it has both phillips. (Still hunting for a deal on one of those.)

In the meantime I'm shopping for Alox minichamps! win-win.

That does sound good.....

Used the Baker's Knife to slice the rind from the watermelon.  The thin, serrated blade works real good for this.  Haven't had to resharpen yet, watermelon isn't real tough on the edge.

Used the Pioneer X to pre pack some parts for postage.

Used it again when I got to the post office to cut the pre pack down to size because their envelops weren't as long.

Then I opened a beer with it when I got home.

Just wanted to get some knives off the desk surface so I used a SwissChamp Plus, some tape, and some hook screws to mount them under the top tier of my desk.

:o cooool. This is exactly what I dreamed of doing with the gray magnifier back when I was a kid. But these bugs are much more interesting than the ones in my region.

10x Gray seems the most appropriate for cool bugs. Amazing photos.

During vacations, I used my EDC many times. Today I cut branches from my orange tree (they were scratching my car) with Hunter's 57 saw. I cut car mats with Spirit's serrated knife (like butter they went off). I used the drivers many times, for example to remove red filter from car salon lights. I used them for astronomy but my son don't needs them. I whittled, groomed, fixed, played. I love vacations.
