Fixed Blade Giveaway!

I have too many fixed blade knives that don't get used, so I thought I should give one or two of them away to someone who might have some use for them.
The first one off is the Cold Steel Outdoorsman Lite. I have only used it once to test it after I got it some time ago.
I will cover international shipping.

The rules are simple:
You have to be over 18 years old.
You have to have posted more than 50 posts.
You have to have an adress wich I can ship to from Norway.
You have to post your intrest in the knife on this thread.

I will draw a winner on this sunday. (10.02.13)

Oh neat.. I've never handled a Cold Steel knife but I have eyed a few of them, this model is one of those.

And Sweden's not that far from Norway!

I'm not going to enter as I am already swimming in fixed blade knives

otherwise I'd have been straight in!

I will say though that I own several of the cheaper Cold Steel items and I've found them to be excellent budget knives. I have the Finn Bear, Canadian Belt Knife, and Roach Belly plus a couple of Bushman blades (regular and bowie), and they're good gear. They're easy to sharpen (at home an in the field), lightweight, weather resistant, easy to clean for food prep and not at a price that makes you scared to put them to proper work.

Get in on this guys

They're definintely work checking out if you haven't had chance before - and you don't get a better price than free

I have to say that I like the look of that knife.. it's got nice clean lines.. not overy fancy or tactical looking, just nice and smooth.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
I have to add that there is nothing wrong with the knife. Its a great budget knife with nice lines and a very sharp edge. It just does not get used, because I have other knives that does the same things better (and cost 3-4 times as much

).

PS. The wife will also be vary happy to see some knives leaving in the mail, and not just arriving...

My interest is that I don't actually own even a single Cold Steel product, and my use for the knife would be for BOB/emergency preparation uses. I'd put it in the car-kit I've assembled for my wife in her mini-van, so if she were to find herself stranded for whatever reason, the knife would be protecting/caring-for a woman (and most likely two children as well!). How noble a cause is that?
