Leatherman Finally Denied a Product.

Last week there was a topic about "leatherman boxes" because the op had ordered a box with a caribeaner and the shade of yellow and design were slightly off. Making them believe it was a fake. So he contacted leatherman.

Their reply consisted of "if it has our name it, it's ours"

Yet then I find this on the new product comments.

Some time ago the Leatherman importer in Australia (Zen Imports I believe) printed the Leatherman logo on a number of products, including watches.

This I believe is one of them.

I do like it. A lot.

As mentioned before, leatherman could REALLY do better with branding.

I still don't understand why they deny leatherman products, and also answer with "everything with our name Is ours"

That had me wondering too, but between the various international contractors and independent marketing firms my guess is someone just got confused.
