Current keychain, regardless of challenges.  Signature, Olight, Kershaw thing, pocket hanger...and a car key.

Nite-Ize did well on this one.  I found one at Home Depot awhile back but they don't stock them any more.

I’m not a medical professional, but the last first aid training I had (earlier this year) taught the chest compression only method of CPR, i.e. no rescue breaths.

Ours is called Emergency Life Support (ELS) and is taught when we do Personal Safety Training (PST) i.e. cuffs, limb restraints & baton etc.

ELS is different to First Aid at Work (FAaW) in that it doesn't cover all the bandaging etc and is very basic, hence the "E" in ELS and is about 90 mins vs 3 full days. When it comes to CPR we are given the option of "rescue breaths" but they are not required.

We deal with some less than pleasant people who may have ingested various drugs and if a package splits then they are likely not going to survive regardless (so why risk your own health, or life, for them?) Family, friends and colleagues then I'd give the "rescue breaths" (mostly )

NB: This is awl UK based.

Interesting, I have some US friends who have said the same thing. However, our health officials recommend 30:2 (unless in case of drowning where we start with 5 rescue breaths). The CPR mask on my keychain are just for off duty carry though, normally we use an ambu bag for ventilation. I am not sure why some countries recommend copressions only, I wonder if it is to reduce the number of people who are hesitant because of the mouth part. The most important thing is that you do something, so compressions alone does for sure increase survivability. Admittedly, I have done compressions only several times while waiting for the bag and tube.

As a retired thus lapsed First Aid- Cpr instructor/ Red Cross then American Heart ( teaching job, not Coast Guard lol),
it was found that non pros don't want mouth to mouth stuff! It was also statistical, most people who drop at, say a bus stop, old people like me, it's probably heart not choke related- thus comps only.
Not one type is good for all, why we need both.
Bless youze guyz for the emergency work you do!

I thought if I put the Stayglow Classic on the keys, I get the added benefit of finding them if I have a senior moment or vodka moment!

Great picture of the glow when you drop your keys Small SAK.  Uncle Bills tweezers were something new to me.  I noticed that the Swiza knives have their Tick Tool.  Must be lots of ticks in Europe?  A raccoon just walked up on my porch and peeked in the door.  I hope he didn't leave any ticks for me.  Best wishes.  Gary

I looked up the Uncle Bill's tweezers.  They look efficient.  I need to see a SWIZA knife to see whether I want one or not.  They have everything in NY.  Have you held one yet?  Or maybe owned one?  They evidently don't believe in keychain knives at SWIZA.  Best wishes. Gary

This is my “posh” set up for going out 8)

Blank Industries carabiner, TEC python & QR clips and tritium vial, RovyVon, SAK Manager, mini lighter

I’ve got a more everyday one which is pretty similar and hangs in my front pocket using a TEC P7, with Nitecore Tiki and SAK Rambler

Over the years I’ve tried many (many!) set ups using OPT’s and keychain tools and lights of all descriptions but eventually found this perfect for my needs

(Image removed from quote.)
Full credit for turning me on to the TEC Python clips.

I had been looking for a means to attach items to my keychain such that they could quickly and easily be detached and re-attached, while being light, not too bulky, and reasonably reliable and secure.  I’ve had some on my keychain for at least a month now, and they seem to be just the thing.

My one complaint is that I wish they had managed to make the fixed hole a bit larger, as it is too small to accommodate some larger size split rings.
