I can't speak for a mod, but I personally think a redraw is in order.

Maybe he's just missed it though. Maybe check his other posts, and see when he was logged in.

I suggest you give him another 5 days to respond.  His internet connection may have gone AWOL, he might be sick or on holidays camping or some other reasonable excuse.  If you still don't get a response then yes, do a re-draw ("you snooze, you lose").
