Kampfer's post is invalid (but a great pic!).

I think he's well aware of that and doesn't want to enter the draw as there's a big hole in the Rescue Tool's main blade and we all know how he feels about that.  :D

Here are my pictures
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Is this GAW still active? Well I'll post my pictures anyway, it gives me a good excuse to take photographs that leaves my better half rolling her eyes again  :D

And a great idea for GAW!  :tu: And happy 1st anniversary and birthday!

Sax'n'sox (yes, I wear knitted wool sock all year long, even in the heat of the summer - I find them much more comfortable, breathable and less sweaty than any other sock type/material with work boots  )

Multi'n'mag (this was a bit of challenge, I don't much read/buy magazines these days  - these were the only ones I could find, the rest are stored away somewhere  )

Knife'n'gloves (working gloves and Condor Bushlore mini)

First of all, a very big thank you for this awesome giveaway Ronald  :hatsoff:.

So, finaly found the time to take these pics ...  :D

A Sak on a sock ...

Nobody said it had to be my socks, right ?  (or my SAK, for that matter  ;)).

So here's a pair of socks belonging to my baby girl, and her pink "first Victorinox".

Okay, she's only 15 months old, so she hasn't really used it for now ... (I also have a 2016 Edition Pioneer for her  ::)).

My Signal on top of a magazine.  This magazine is published by a local outdoor store franchise (you know which one I mean, right Nick  ;)), but it always has something interesting in it.

My Garberg on top of my Dainese motorcycle gloves (since I sold my bike back in 2006, it had been quite a while since I took these out of the closet, ... I miss my bike ).

P.S.: I also have a pic of my socks and a SAK, but it's not half as cute as the one I posted above. If it had to be my socks, let me know, I'll post the other one (but do so on your own risk  :dwts:).

My entry,
Also dedicated to Fortytwo since it'll show a small part of the process in which I finished the handmade scales he sent me some time ago.

At the workbench, scales just shaped completely but not permanently attached yet. Colouring not done yet either. Pic with an unopened pack of working gloves.

Next: scales just coloured with mineral oil to bring out the full beauty of the burl.
At the desk where my oil was stored.

On a magazine from the same store where Top-Gear shops
Pure coincidence, I SWEAR!

Keyring attached again as finishing touch. Pair of socks on the washing machine 8)

Thanks Fortytwo! Feels like a brand new SAK!

EDIT:  forgot the multiple knives part...
Let me start over...

Congrats on one year!
I'm not even sure how long I've been around here. I tend to lurk. I'm usually not too active. Guess you smoked me out of the woodwork this time.

Getting my bearings here @MTO and stumbled across the thread - great idea Ronald! Congrats on the year .

My pic (done in my usual clean-cut and minimalistic fashion) for the second assignment follows.
On the requirements for the third assignment - does an Opinel count as "real knife"? (I think I still have one somewhere... but where... ???)
Cheers!

Nice, Dutch_Tooler. Remember it takes 3:

1. Sax'n'sox - a picture of a Swiss Army Knife with a (fresh!) pair of socks.
2. Multi'n'mag - a picture of a multitool (pliers or scissors based) on the cover of a magazine. Done
3. Knife'n'gloves - a picture of a "proper" knife (i.e. not a SAK or a multitool) with a pair of gloves.

Ah, just put a sock in it! No, I mean it! Just put a sock in the SAK and you're good to go!

 :D :D

What multi is the silver one?

Do the tools slide out or do they fold out?

I'd say slide. See the curve at the end of the groove? Looks like a locking space.

@Corwyn
Yes, the tools swipe out. There is a locking system  both they are opened and closed, but it's not so good. It's a cheap MT, so I don't expect too much.
Probably it's manufactured by Keen Blades, but there isn't any logo on pliers.
