Sadly it was not the longest we have ever been offline.  Years ago we were offline for a week or so when our old server company, a world class smurfty organization called Serverloft, shut us down for a while and wouldn't even tell us why at first.  Then a week or so after everything was back up and running they shut us down again thinking that the problem had recurred, when in fact it turned out their tech was reading old emails, but that was only discovered after a few days of being offline again.   :facepalm:

Considering all that had to be done, I am amazed that the staff at Prime Relay were able to get us back up and running again as quickly as they did.
