With the current financial chaos we find are selves in & the subsequent nose diving Aus$ , I have had to do the unthinkable & look at buying my MT's locally . Unthinkable previously due to them being way over priced, smaller range & not as good quality as those I get from the US
. Anyways I picked up a slightly unusual MT from a Oz Ebay seller . He sells a lot of knives & I figured if I am going to pay a little more for a tool I might as well take advantage of the sellers generous combined postage
& buy a second little something
. The little something being this little German folder. When I got it I was a little disappointed in its condition , with quite a few marks on it
. The seller had managed to miss all the marks in his pics

The knife's condition gave me a good reason to get some Brasso polish . After a bath , scrub & a Brasso manicure the Fraulein has come up very nicely

Thing I am not so keen on the combi blade . If some one could tell me about the markings on the blade : Stainless Rostfrel , Solingen Germany (I believe this is a well known Knife making region in Germany)
On the handle it has , Hillcrest Angus Coeur d'Alene,ID. Angus seems to be the bull pictured.
The knife cost me the equivalent to $10.50US & it still had some protective plastic under it's pocket clip. It might be a cheap knife but I like her
