It's really good to see all the traditional pocket knives being used and appreciated.

Just finished up a pencil carving.
Should have found one of the old yellow ones but I'm scrounging around today.

Day 07
Used the Svörd Peasant mini to cut some robe off the fence as it was pulling it sideways far too much. The rest of the gardening tasks are up to the missus for now...

Oh, it is easy to open and close one-handed  :D  :tu:
This is a solid knife!

Those are some nice knives.
Love their steel, sharpens up really nice.

Day 07:

I'm sure you guys know me well enough now to know that I like to 'improve' the vent holes in disposable coffee cups. This is usually a job that gets assigned to a SAK's awl.

Today Mrs Nix dragged me to the Hippie Food store where they sell some stuff that sounds like food and some stuff that sounds like it as alternative uses. But they do make and sell some good coffee. After pouring a cup, I realized that the lid would need to be improved.

I got a sideways look when I pulled out my Sodbuster...which in a Hippie Food store looks surprisingly large. That sideways glance turned into a quizzical stare when I set the Soddie down on the counter to photograph my efforts...

Antti, I continue to think that is the best looking Opinel I've ever seen.  :like:

I may have missed it earlier....what size is that?  Nº 9? Nº 8?
