I was over at my neighbors today visiting and Rosie getting a treat. When we left Rosie managed to do a face plant coming off of the front porch and skinned her chin. It's not too bad but bled a bit. I cleaned it with peroxide and put on some vaseline to protect it. I would have used a bandaid but I think she would look quite silly  :D

Not only does it squeak but it crinkles, because you take a empty water bottle and place it inside, this way they can chew on the toy and hear the bottle,,

Minimum of two 1 hour walks a day?  That's a hell of a lot for some breeds.  Not exactly ideal in summer either.  Nothing at all against the idea of keeping dogs fit and healthy but I'm not convinced that's the way to enforce it.

Speaking of Germans, on our route that we walk there’s a HUGE German Shepard, and Dex used to whimper every time we walked by and he was out, but yesterday and today he seamed to have held his head high, I mean heck that dog would bark and make me nervous, but they kinda did there thing and the big guy even whimpered, I was shocked, the Mrs got it on camera,, yeah you gotta listen but you can hear it, but I had Dex’s leash ready to pull, even though it was through a fence, of course Dex had to leave a little something for him to remember him by on the corner pole, lol..

That seems crazy.  Old dogs and dogs with health problems shouldn't be forced to do 2 hours walking every day.  Of course there may be exemptions/allowances ( I certainly hope so). 

Maybe it is being promoted by the anti-pet groups as a back door way of discouraging people from having pets (it wouldn't surprise me one little bit)

Totally agree my dog Coco is 11 and we do two 30 minute walks or one 45-60 minutes a day, anymore and she starts limping, needing to sit down, hard panting etc, would definitely do more harm then good
