A friend was asking me about these a day or two ago, and I really don;t know much about them.  In fact, that's about all I know about them, was that he called them Attaboy tools and that his father has two of them.  I think he said his father got the first one when he was serving in Vietnam.

He says he will try to send me a pic, but in the meantime I couldn't find anything on Google so I thought I'd ask here.
