In my definition of a folding hunter of this style I think of them as a a single(maybe two)blade that locks in the open position and has a closed length of at least 4 1/2 inches and not more than 6 inches.Anything longer than that would more than likely be illegal to carry in most parts of the world.
I know there are places where lock blades are not permitted(I'm still trying to wrap my head around that concept)so I have included a few that do not lock open. There are quite a few to be posted so please bear with me.
#1 is an Al Mar S.E.R.E.which is a bit outside the dimensions and a bit more than a folding hunter but I like it.
#2 is made by Bear MGC;an earlier model and very well made.
#3 A Boker 2K with light colored wood handles.
#4 is a Browning LB1

Nice selection!  As for lockback hunters I actually use, it's the Buck 110. Common today, and cheap to replace if something happens to it. If someone does something stupid to it, Buck is more than happy to fix it for a minimal fee. I like the Schrade LB-7/6-OT/LB-8 better due to the more rounded shape of the handle, but they are getting hard and increasingly expensive to find, and my 6-OT and LB-8 are locked up in the collection as a result. Though I will say, I got my 6-OT new and unused (except for some verdigris and brass corrosion due to poor storage) for $15about two weeks ago.

Never knew Colonial did a Blackout Coyote. I guess it was their idea of getting on the tactical knife bandwagon?

I have an Imperial Pro Hunter in my toolbox, because while the lock is busted and doesn't work, it still has enogh friction to keep the blade open when in use. Really solid knife!

I'll have to find that T-Rack. I know the Tracker fixed blades are stupid expensive; and I own an Ithaca M-66 shotgun. Why couldn't it have been a Remington!!! Those are cheap! Oh well, Granddad's is a JC Higgins (High Standard for Sears) Model 20, and there's plenty of JC Higgins Western fixed blades out there at a fair price I can afford.

I'll have to find that T-Rack. I know the Tracker fixed blades are stupid expensive; and I own an Ithaca M-66 shotgun.

While the Buck 110 is probably the most popular and as you say fairly cheap and easy to replace,I found it to be handle heavy for my needs which at the time was reducing large cardboard shipping cartons to disposable size. For that reason I bought a Buck 186 Titan(even though it was almost 3 times the price of a 110)and it worked great for me.
It isn't just the 110,all the lookalikes have the same problem;too heavy in the handle.
The Track folder I found at a flea market about 30 years ago for $5. I didn't know what it was until I started cleaning the blade up(someone had exposed it to blood and never cleaned it)and found the bear paw mark and a serial  number etched into it with a pantograph. It looks quite handle heavy but is only about 1/2 as wide as a 110 and very balanced. Good luck trying to find one;I've only seen two of them in the last thirty years and one is mine.
My favorite shotgun is my left handed Remington 1100.I must have run 10,000 rounds through it and never had a problem with it.Used to use it as a trap gun with the 30 inch barrel(I also have a 26 inch barrel)and practiced twice a week and shot in competition twice also for two years..
