Interesting rig! Is that a comp. belt modded for daily use or really a two layer duty belt?

The mag. pads in your earlier pic. made me think IPSC production rig. but I’m not sure anymore

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks.
Yeah,its a comp belt,I shoot production (when I shoot,which isn't very often,maybe every couple months).
Mags are SP01.
Caniks (and now CZ) come with MecGar mags (which are very well made),but I prefer the look and feel of the SP01 mags.
I have large hands,so the + shoe gives me a more comfortable grip.

Day 2

d2 by Humayd a r Mahomedy, on Flickr

i'm not getting much tool time, probably be that way for some time.
sorry about the gun being blurred out,i prefer not to post pics of my guns.
it's a Canik P120,very similar to CZ [i have 2,a 75B and a SP01].
i made the Batbuckle about 23 years ago,i thought it would be cool for this challenge.
i also made the mini pry, think it's CP grade Ti
[/i]
Loving the Batbuckle  :2tu:

I would love to have gun to blur out  :dd: but we're very "anti" anything in this country  ::)

Great load outs everyone

I made a post here the same time I did my weightloss post, I guess it didn't go through?

Well here's Day 1:

On the belt is an Evowood (I'm not sure the model) in a Vic sheath, Olight S1RII in a lovely little generic pouch it came with and a ZT 0452CF in an elasticated sleeve (this sits basically in the silhouette of the belt and is so thin I usually forget it's there until I need to cut something). In the pocket is an organiser my lovely missus got me for Christmas: Explorer (with pin, mini driver and nano torch glow fob) and a Southard Avo.

Day 2
Examining what's on my belt.  The Duluth Trading Co. Warehouseman's Pouch.  I believe this has been discontinued.  It works well enough to carry the phone, the  pens and the Outrider, but I would like it better if it had another pocket for a pliers based multitool and/or a flashlight.

DAY 2

Okay, so a slow day at work today (for me anyway) but, as promised, here's a shot of the contents of the large front pouch  ;)

In here normally lives;

1) Official Notebook (used to record seized goods/arrests etc)

2) Moleskin diary & pen (used as a back-up to record where I should be, and when)

3) Lockknife (Whitby, barely used)

4) Large Jigglers (lock-picks, used a lot)

5) Numerous pairs of gloves (Latex free, normal use 10-15 pairs a shift)

Well the FX I'd think so? The Explorer fits just fine and I think that's fatter than a FX, do you have a size reference for me for the OHT? I've got a Wave, Rebar, Skeletool and Swisstool for big plier tools  :tu:

I have taken a pic' of the OHT next to my Swisstool.

I also used the ruler of the Swisstool for, well..ruler purposes  :dunno: (I'm just killing this MTO thing    )

A ruler and weight are my top uses for the Swisstool a lot of the time

So the Swisstool fits, the bottom of the locking tabs come in just under the top of the organiser, so there's plenty sticking up, but not enough that it wouldn't be workable. That said I think the OHt may be too wide for this specific one? Between the stitching is 4.7cm, so if it does fit, it'll be pushing it?

You can get organisers for larger tools though, I have a Hitch & Timber that's intended for a Buck 110 (though I use it to 'Gentleman up' a Titanium flipper framelock

Day 2

Same loadout as yesterday, only today I went to an airsoft match, so for a few hours I shed wallet, prybar and keys - not the pouch nor the PPP and wore this instead

IMG_20210102_210647 by juan pedro almeida, en Flickr

Earlier in the morning the PPP had helped to fix a gas leaking magazine

DAY 3

Another work day with all that is involved in that side of my life  ::)

Today, I used my work torch. I've had it for a number of years now (got it in 2004-5, I think  :dunno: ) It's a SureFire G2 Nitrolon, if you need to know :pok:

I like it because it's not too bright (like me  ) which is important for some of the more delicate tasks, such as looking at lock tumblers etc, as you don't want too much light reflected when you're trying to align them  :D

It also happens to fit perfectly in the side pouch (of the main pouch  :tu: )

Day 03
Continuing the examination of what's on my belt, today we have the flashlight pouch.  I have switched from the Nitecore P-12 (Daylight) to the MT21C. This torch has a magnetic base and the lighty end can be adjusted to a 45 degree angle.  I think it is magnetizing my 18650 batteries which I'm not sure, but that may be shortening their life spans.  In truth, I'm not at all comfortable with the flashlight pouch being on my belt as it pokes me in my side fat no matter where I position it.  Might be going back to pocket carry for the light.

Day 03
Went on a hike today.
I added a SS izula a the Fenix PD36R to the rig.
In the pouch I removed the prybrid to make room for a Light Suwa monocular -it was my father´s and older than me as far as I know.

DAY 4
Final work day today  :woohoo: (back on Friday  )

So here's the "Limb Restraints" getting out of their pouch. I haven't had to use these issued ones but, I did use some in another role, that I used to do

If GF will allow it I can show the contents of my SAR Vest/Belt on the intervening days with the caveat being they won't actually be carried, unless; 1) There's a callout and 2) I can attend. I await direction  :salute:
